Need large hitboxes on dig spots

Ok simply put i spent several dozen runs convinced i needed a certain rare item to access a certain dig spot patio only to find out from online guides i did not and was just not looking at the exact area. I have also had issues activating some of the normal dig spots. I do have dyspraxia affecting my fine motor controls but i did not expect that to be an issue a slow paced puzzle game. of all things.

While I can understand your frustration, the "secret digspot" has to be quite small, otherwise most people would stumble upon it accidentally long before finding the clue.
