Soft lock on golden slot machine in casino

I just softlocked the game after rolling
clover - coin - coin - coin.
no credits were paid, I could not leave the machine, and when I tried to roll again my coins flashed as though i had no money.
This was absolutely terrible luck as I had just had a dream run with a lab experiment and had 20+ successes for a very very end game grindy thing.
Honestly has totally taken the wind out of me that I now need to get all those lab hits all over again.

same here, happened to me twice. once on the normale machine and once on the golden. on the golden one after ~ 100 pulls and on the normal one ~ 30 pulls.

Got soft lock also. Had clover in the third slot but 0 payout. Could not leave the machine. Pulling lever did not work. Gave me the "out of money" sound. Had 96 coins.

Just happened to me. Had bought the swimbird to unlock dare mode and just about had enough to buy out the showroom, really frustrating.

Also got softlocked here. Also with a clover on first pull. Cash out reads 00 but the lever plays the stuck animation when attempting to roll again

Also got softlocked because of clover while trying to buy out showroom. On the bright side, at least I was still early in the process and didn't have anything else great going on that day.

Same thing just happened to me. Got a clover and a 2x, did an extra spin, got a snake. Did another extra spin to get rid of the snake, which worked, but the payout stayed at 0 and now I can't do anything at all.

Stopped playing for the day after my last post, opened the game today and apparently Alt+F4ing out of that softlock lost me 2 days of progress?? Normally I wouldn't care too much about that but I had just FINALLY unlocked the last permanent addition which I kept getting awful luck when trying to get! Ugh.

They are busy working on the playstation save issue, which is much more critical than your gambling habit.

Also got soft-locked, but didn't get a clover. Got 3 triple coins, did 5 bonus rolls.
There's a payout in the screen, but the "cash out" button is not lit up. Pulling the lever blinks the money in the HUD as it does when the payout haven't finished and you try to pull the lever, or when you're out of cash.

This is such a needlessly inflamatory comment, nobody questioned their bugfix prioritization or attacked the devs, we are reporting in the first place because we want to help polish the game. People are reporting a bug, the frequency that the bug happens is crucial to determine what should be prioritized, and the different scenarios can help them figure out it's cause.

There is an extremely critical save corruption bug on PS. It is literally rolling back user save data and the team has been hard at work on this issue.

So they would not have even glanced in this direction if taken on their words alone.

It has been all hands on deck for the PS save issue.

The user was complaining the issue was not resolved yet. They were not reporting they also had the issue and even if they did, you don't have a right to complain about it when there are users that can't even play the game.

Let's not act like we are more important than a critical save issue just because it isn't on our platform of choice. I'm sure if we had some problem like the PS users, we'd want it fixed immediately as well.

Just do not use the casino machines, then you don't get soft locked. It isn't that hard. I suspect that once they get the PS save bug sorted out, we'll see a fix for this soon but I wouldn't really consider this a high priority.

You also don't report bugs here on Steam. There is no guarantee the team will see this.

You have to file a ticket instead.
