Does anyone know if the luck increase is permanent? Got it as one of my options during the curse mode...and permanent luck increases would be super nice

Just for the run. Permanent upgrades tell you they are permanent.

Still a very good choice for the curse mode, as you're not likely to be able to consistently get the other upgrades, while rolling a green room from there isn't that unlikely, and with proper upgrades, can be very easy.
