A new clue, small numbers

Hey fellow hunters,

I have found a lot of small numbers on one of the small pages in the A new Clue book.
Can anyone point me or hint me in the right direction how I would use these?

Have you tried arranging the words in the order of their number?

Or are you referring to different numbers?

i think hes talking about the suspect list, if thats the case, that isnt the only mention of "suspects" in that book. put them together and it becomes more clear

No I mean the small numbers between the spaces on only one of the pages. When using the magnifying glass.
