Billiard Room puzzle answer is over 20?

Inner ring is at 8. Next ring is at 2. Third ring is at 13.
8-2 is 6
6*13 is 78?
The game wants the answer to be 3 through brute force. What am I missing here? The center is not showing any symbols or colors or anything weird.

would need more context. What color was each ring, and was there any color/icon in the bullseye. Were there any other oddities about the coloring, like did it only fill part of the slice?

Color matters, but, if it's late in the puzzle, have you looked at the OUTSIDE of the dart board? They start adding symbols there like X or / or oo. That will affect the puzzle. In all my time with these puzzles, it was very rare for anything to ever be multiplied by 13. Divided maybe, but rarely multiplied.

Never mind, it turns out the colors matter... I thought each ring meant a type of operation. These are getting mean spirited. lol

I'm on the 75th or so puzzle. They keep adding more, and more, and more.
