What's in Your Pool?

My Pool *always* contains two locked boxes.

I was messing around on another file and noticed the boxes weren't there. When I drained it to check, it just had some coins on the floor.

I don't remember doing any upgrades or experiments that would explain the chests so... Are the rewards other people have different?

Ah wild, didn't realize they actually had an effect and I guess I never bothered to drain the pool before I'd already bought them before that!

Damnit, I always referred to them as chests and the actual swim trunks are there. I missed the "pair of trunks" pun completely.
