I never get Greenhouse in my draft pool

Is there some trick to getting Greenhouse in the draft? I've played around 90 days but I've only drafted it around 5 times. It says its rarity is Standard in the room directory.

You can only draft it on the east side, and I *believe* it has to be from the south going north... So the conditions / chance to draft it are just pretty slim.
