Sigil of Nuance is wrong? (Spoilers for those who haven't seen the sigil book yet)

I've managed to select the motes part correctly by trying it one-by-one because the color, the weather and the transportation were clear from a certain hint, so how is it militaristic (two triangles) if its depiction clearly hints at industrial (point inside a square)? Doesn't seem right.

I think it is correct due to other hints
In the classrooms you can learn that Nuance joined in the war with their warships to aid Fenn Aires in their independency war. Also this info is in the library book 1st edtion of history of the nations, that after a lot of effort Nuance joined the war and together they won. So yeah industrial was possible with airships and all but war/militaristic is not wrong and very possible
