I will say though while the arrow could have multiple meanings, it is explicitly used in another puzzle that is pictured throughout the book.
I was trying to draft it as one of the lower corner rooms last night but didn't have any luck.
I assume with a goal to make all Purple/Violet/Eraja Corners :

This is also what the room looks like drafted in the bottom left corner (East Wing)
Looking at it in the Drafting Directory, it looks like it'd need to be placed in the top right corner.

Here's a screenshot inside the room :

I can think of one other thing to try, but it'll take a bit to get it right.
Yes clearly! whoah great spotting! But now what to do with that info. Since most of those boxes disappear after being solved, I guess the primary suspects are those few boxes that do remain. I'll see if any of those match.
Edit: Mmm the only one with blue tiles I know about vanishes after solving. The ones that dont vanish don't have blue, so there's no obvious reference to a place here.
HEALING SPOT?
POSTAL HINGE?
It does have EIGHT in there, but that also only leaves us with ONSLAP to mix around otherwise.
STEP, ALIGN, and SPOT are all in there but leave you with LAINGHO, STHOPE, and LAINGHE, respectively.
Edit: And thanks for your quick efforts! that would have taken me ages.
Healing Spot might be the sauna? Or a relation to the elsewhere mentioned West Spring?
The question of Violet v Pink merits some more talking about. Previously we took hint from violet (bedroom) books, but we do have pink (New Clue) book now we could read words from. And clearly the colour would impact the way we solve the puzzle. I'm going to assume it's Violet first though.
Assuming we can solve this, "A New Clue" has a way to assign letters to colours?
I assume the fastest way to solve would yield some a code like Violet Violet Green Violet Black Violet. But do we even have black or blue books? Ah yes, Rune and Realm and an Architecture book?
