[SPOILER] List of hints for the sigils
Hello!
I'd like to know if there is somewhere a list compiling all the info you need to create each of the 8 sigils in the basement.

For each of them, I would like to make an accurate, logical and exhaustive proposition, and not make lucky guesses with one or more unknown parameters.

I bought at the bookshop the manual explaining how a sigil works and picturing the sigil of Orinda Aries, if I remember correctly. That sigil can also be found at the secret garden when turning the weathervane southward, and is also depicted at the torch room in the basement.

I also found the sigils for Fenn Aries, with the birth certificate of Mary (Archives) and her fake passports (Vault).

These are currently the only two puzzles I've completed.

For the rest, I know the map at the 4th grade classroom can help to associate each geometrical form with a name.
The stamps on the different envelops I received from the mail room contain these names, which helps to associate them with colors, transports, characteristics and / or weather (ex: based on these stamps, Nuance seems to be the green aeronautic country ; Arch Aries seems to be an industrial stormy country).
The several Mora Jai boxes (containing allowance tokens) also help to associate a geometrical form with a color (although I didn't note every boxes shape when I opened them at the time I didn't even know the sigils existed).

The diary of Clara Espen in her Ladyship's Chamber would make me thing that Eraja, her country, is associated with purple (or pink?).
The posters and book in the dormitory would make me think that Corarica has an academic orange sigil (the sport banners are orange, and the book tells something like "all academics places are not based at Corarica).

On the Lost and found pic, a sigil fragment can be seen: it associates pink, spirituality and exteme heat.
On the Clock tower, there's a sigil fragment where you can see the poetic mot pattern, but I don't recognize the color on the edge.

And that's it for the info I gathered.

Is there any extra info I could have spotted, or should I already test some combinations?

For example, for Arch Aries, I am supposed to not know the type of transport of the country, but test each of them, because I'm pretty sure I have the color (yellow), the characteristic (industrial), and the weather (storm)?

It's not really the way I would like to solve these puzzles, so if anyone has leads, I would gladly read them!
The only link I found on this matter was this page:
https://www.gamespot.com/gallery/blue-prince-sigil-puzzle-sanctum-solution/2900-6451/#4
But after two sigils, they just give the solution, not explaining the how and why.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Book mentions transportation for all three: Arch Aries, Orinda Aries and Eraja. Cuz it says that it connects all 3 places.
In first grade class you can see colors of 3 countries.
Also you can keep finding clues in the Vault room from the chest.

As above, the first grade class gives you the colors of those three symbols, and you can find out all the symbol <-> color mappings from the Mara Jai boxes. History of Orinda 1st ed gives you 3 of the symbol to country mappings, and you can figure the rest out from 4th grade geo. this gives you all the symbols mapped to their countries and colors.

The clocktower fragment has the border matching violet from Realm and Rune, with the poetic symbol. History of Orinda describes Eraja as a mystical realm of magic and poetry of the old tongue.

Which book do you mention? The uncensored book of history? (I didn't have the occasion to read it yet)
So that would mean Arch Aries and Eraja also uses the train as transportation? (As Orinda Arias used trains in the past).

It's true first grade class helps you deduce the color ot the mountain symbol (Arch Aries, yellow), heat symbol (Corarica, Orange) and hourglass symbol (Eraja, purple ; so Eraja is defintely purple and not pink).

What clues do you find in the Vault, in addition of the passport of Fenn Aries?
A big hint for some of them can be found by looking at
Stamps on various letters in the house. There's one stamp for each region, and at minimum they'll show you the region's color. Often they'll clearly give away at least one other trait too.

Right now I'm at 6/8 sigils solved. I still haven't found any clear indication of Nuance's weather situation and I'm iffy on its civilization-type symbol too. I might have Mora Jai narrowed down, but I can't open that door yet.

One other detail I realized after completing a few: There's some overlap with the traits. Some of the potential options in the book won't be used.

Thanks.
As I tried to describe it in my initial post, matching country names with symbols and colors is not the most difficult.
The transportation, the weather, and the characteristic are way more challenging.

Are you sure the clocktower fragment refers to purple? I struggle a lot to recognize any pattern.
It is Purple on that one for sure.

That's what I wrote, but even with that knowledge, you don't get the full picture.

Also, I'm not sure that's entirely true: according to my notes, the turtle stamp looks orange and is for Verra, but I'm confindent that the colour orange is for Corarica, and I assume that different countries don't share the same color (although nothing actually proves it, it's just a "comon sense" guess)
You're right about that, orange is definitely Corarica. I misremembered. like half of the stamps don't actually match up with the right color, but Verra aside, the ones that don't match are mostly blue, which at least isn't one of the possible answers, so they won't steer you in the wrong direction.

they will get you like half of the weather and half of the transportation solutions at least.

Verra's an odd one. I don't think I've found any info about it aside from the fragment of the sigil, which was detailed enough to derive the full solution. I only got the stamp in the sigil room post-solving.

Decided to put my hints here and in the order i feel builds up the logic to decypher atleast the first 4 haven't managed to figure out the last 4 yet.

Classroom:
Map+Grade 4 test can be used to match each symbol to each country name(Besides Fenn Aries).

Vault:
In 2 of the 3 Boxes you can find a passport with the entire sigil of Fenn aries on it.

Secret Garden:
Contains the full rune for Orinda Aries, accessed by turning all 3 valves(either south or north i forgot which one), one of the valves is behind a breakable wall.

Abandoned Mine:
Also contains the full sigil for Orinda Aries in the room with the candles

Library:
Book of Realm & Rune(Buy in Bookshop) can be used to determine what each of the aspects of the sigils mean

Stamps:
Using previous knowledge i managed to determine the following aspects from stamps:
Arch Aries: Stormy, Industrial(Due to the mention of the 5th zone powerplant)
Verra: Turtleback travel
Mora Jai: Naval capbilities
Corarica: Snowy
Nuance: Aviation
Eraja: Rainy

Classroom:
Grade 1 test combined with the Grade 4 test gives the following information: Eraja=Violet, Arch Aries=Yellow and Corarica=Orange.

Library:
History of Ordinia First edition, Mentions how in the third era a vast network of rails was constructed throughout Eraja, Orinda Aries and Arch Aries, Suggesting the 3 of them have a train system in the rune. Eraja is mentioned as being steeped in tradition, magic and poetry, limiting it for me to spiritual or poetic. With this information you can complete the Arch Aries sigil now.

Clocktower:
Partial rune which using the previous hints can be determined to be Eraja through it's colour it does NOT have naval capabillities and is poetic.

Archive:
A partial Rune acquired through the cabinet in the archive which can be opened using the key from the washroom, which hint can be found in the aquarium. The rune shows Eraja being rainy and poetic, which can along with the other partial rune be used to get the full rune.

From here on it's partial information only for the last 4.

Lost & Found: Partial Rune for indicating Heat, Spiritual, Pink and NOT Train system,NOT Roads and NOT camels

Dormitory: Drafting Strategy Volume 2 Mentioned Corarica as being known for it's academia

Classroom: On the final slide in grade 6 a green flag can be seen ontop of the airship

Staff Announcements: Staff Announcement of Monday January 10th, 1994(Dates might differ between people) mentions a winter harvest festival on the 11th, which the farmers of Mora Jai celebrate. It also mentions they don't call the angels by name but by their "natural order" making me feel the sigil for Mora Jai contains either agricultural motes or spiritual motes. One due to the farmers and one due to angels and their natural order and spirituals description in realm & rune being: "An elevated reverance for nature, animals and the forces that guide us

Mora Jai Puzzles:
Ill start of by saying i don't believe these are meant as hints to solve the sigils, since after completing them they dissapear permanently once solved.
The corners on the box correspond to a countryand the colour you need to get into the corner corresponds with that nations colours on their flags/sigils. Meaning the colours of each nation can be obtained from them: Orinda Aries= Black, Fenn Aries= Red, Eraja= Violet, Corarica=Orange,Mora Jai= White, Nuance= Green,Verra=Pink and Arch Aries=Yellow. The locations for these boxes are as follows: Verra's box is in the Lost & Found, Nuance's in the Solarium, Mora Jai's in the Master Bedroom, Arch Aries' in the Trading Post, Eraja's in the tomb on Her Ladyship's sarcophagus and Orinda Aries' in the underpass and the unknown under the precipe's chessroom(This is the only set of boxes that is permanent)

Classroom:The note acquired through the blue tents in the classroom gives the colours for Nuance(Green), Verra(Pink) and Corarica(Orange). With the Lost & Found partial sigil is enough to solve Verra's Sigil.

I'll update this if i find more but for now this is where i'm at.

In addition to the letter room stamps, the Freezer Letter stamp has another country's hint on it too.

Late late game Classroom 1 has three more advanced confirmed colours for Nuance, Verra and Corarica.

would you mind eloborating on what you mean with late late game classroom 1 and how to get those hints?

You need at least 8 trophies for this late late game stuff.

Thanks for this extensive list!
Is Staff Anouncement one on the options on computers terminals? I don't recall reading anything about harvest festival.

I don't manage to melt the ice on the fridge.

I put a freezer just next to a charged furnace (the furnace is connected to a boiler room), but the temperature doesn't go above 17° (I was very disappointed about that).

Do I need to use the crafting tool that burns candles? Is there the only solution?
i believe using that tool or the one from the armory is the only way to get the letter in the personal freezer but the stamp is also found in the mail room after adding mail through the laboratory
