billiard room weird message

I found a thing in the billiard room and i don't know if its just a random red herring or if it's something important for a puzzle. In the corner of the tobacco machine there is a text that says: "hanging out here once again really reminds me of the good old days at ''The mice will Play" .

I tried searching for the mice will play on the internet, and all i got was a random looney tunes youtube video with a 4 sequence number at the start of it and the saying "When the cat is not around, the mice will play", but the only cat thing i've seen in this game was the alzara vision and the one photo in the dog room .

If anyone has any ideas please let me know

I think it refers to you as a mice since you decided to pick easy puzzles for this room (so did I). ;)

I didn't pick that, and the same message is in the Break Room

If you get the upgrade disk for the billiard room you can transform it into a speakeasy. It's basically a secret moonshine bar that's called "The mice will play". There is a note behind the counter that details the moonshine operation that's run by Denny, Christoph and Bridgette, in the trading post dynamite secret room.

I had the billiard room upgrade that gives you a keycard if you call it a day there, maybe the message only appears on any upgraded version?

That is correct, or at least I did not see that message before the upgrade either.
