Mild spoiler for it: It involves the Observatory
Major spoiler for it: There is a 50 star constellation that lets you use stars as rerolls. So on the run you have 50+ stars, you have 50+ rerolls
You will never enter it from the sealed door (even if you solved it so the door is always open).
So unlike other 3-way rooms you can't rotate it 3 ways (only 2).
Activate the boiler.
Move the power to the door you are about to draft off of.
You are like 90% guaranteed to get 3 rooms with duct work in them. It also highlights rooms with a blue square that are endpoints for the power (lab, pump room, garage)
when you get the Upgrade Disk for the Aquarium, you can add Electric Eels to a tank, and yup, it provides power to connecting rooms just like the Boiler Room
(It still lets Laundromat do funny stuff though.)
