does it matter if i put the sanctum in at the wrong order (not the order on the page in 46)? because that's what i did, i found a key before i saw the final room and tried it out, turned out it was the seventh key but i put it at the second door randomly..

any key opens any door, the list is just where you can find all the keys. You can open the doors in any order you like.
