Item spawn issue?

I found one of the sanctum keys in the safehouse . However, I couldn't actually use it before the end of the day. I figured it would respawn because this happened to me with the key at the bottom of the reservoir as well, I found it again in the same unlocked chest the next day . However, it's been several days now and I haven't found the sanctum key at the safehouse again . Is this intentional, is it somewhere else, or is this actually a bug? elp :(

hey the same for me i traded the safehouse sanctum key in at the trade shop and went back to the safehouse next days and the key wasnt there again so i can never get em anymore so cant finish the game?
