(late game puzzle) Drain water softlock ?

Hi,
When you unlock the satellite and download news expériments, there is one of them which "Drain 1 level from the reservoir". So of course i did it and i saw in the pump room that the water just...disappear ? Actually i can suppress all the water from the pomp room but...how can we make it back ? Because without water in the reservoir i can't go back to the safehouse anymore...

Pump it from other sources. I had to have my reserve tank filled before I could empty my resevoir. There's still a bunch of water sitting in Aquarium/Fountain/ Tank 1/ Tank 2/ etc. Just make sure you only take that experiment enough times that you've put everything at a level you want. For me it's Pool+Fountain completely drained.

Well, if the game allow it, that must mean there is a secret/something with it. So i did it..... there is no more water in the pump room, really nothing but i didn't find something useful. The problem is now.....How can i get back this water ?! Did i softlock myself ? (i doubt it because this game is insane, dev must have think about this...)
