SPOILERS for after Room 46

I have 7 of the 8 sanctum keys and am trying to solve some of these sigils.

I know how the sigils are put together but I need to know the information about the realms to do so. I've kept very poor notes about the different realms up to this point. Where do I find information about them? I'm aware of the library, the classrooms, and the stamps.

I've already solved Fenn Aries and Orinda Aries which were pretty much freebies.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

There are some in the Lost & Found and in the Clocktower. Unfortunately, I think you have to puzzle together some of the info from the Runes & Realms book. I got that one pretty late and realized I maybe needed to keep even more information. The Drafting Guide in the Dormitory talks about one realm as well.
