Red note on security chamber not true?

I am wondering why the red note on the security chamber says that the levers for the antechamber aren't needed and that it's unlocked yet even after getting the security room the antechamber remains locked when I get to it. Is that a bug or not?

Definitely not a bug. I recommend looking around the security room a bit more, since you are already in it ;)

theres a note on the table in the same room that states
"blue memos = true
red memos = lies"
