if i make a new profile and get to 46 in a day would that apply to all my profiles or is there a specific way to get it within your profile after day 1?

There is a possibility to transfer trophies between the save files. So as long as you got it on your "day 1 profile", you can get it on your main profile. But you need to explore to find out how exactly to do this.

You need new proifiles for dare- and cursed- mode trophies anyway. And you need to have all the trophies on the same profile to get the final trophy. So yes. there is an intended way to transfer trophies between profiles.
