Other than that, theres just things that are weird like the note at the top of the clock tower seems suspicious to me, and also the note underneath the bedroom with the word puzzles.
Sometimes you just have to draft outside the box...

You are kind of giving the solutions, but what are the ingame starting points to figure those out? How would I get the clues pointing towards to do what you just hinted at for TheSpiderGames?
Also also, I think its kinda stupid how you're supposed to just ASSUME that the still water persists with the coat checkin spite of the fact that there's nothing to indicate that it does.

The game design is beautiful. Late game is disappointing AF.
When you look in the book and hover over the words that contain "West" and "Secret", you can see there are four words that are slightly bolded providing further confirmation for the step if it doesn't pull out immediately for you.
The lack of the Watering Can's description updating I agree with... However, at least we are specifically told there is going to need to be somewhere else we have to use it.
