aight, here's how i did it.
1) To simplify use only corn sugar as the sole fermentable sugar source
2) You ferment three brews simultaneously, using high attenuation yeast with simple flavors, I went with "Easy Grain", "High Newton", and "Lacto Blend"
3) Allow fermentation to go to completetion
4) get your brew pot out, and start mixing the three brews together carefully, check your x-ray. The idea is because each brew has completely different flavors to each other they dilute each other's flavor out, but they all have high ABV.
5) I believe there is a secondary requirement for having enough flavors, at this point you can apply vanilla and yerba mate to add in more flavors if you want.

Foward thinking job
What's the recipe for the job forward thinking I can get it close but crisp and clean is over 6 high each time. I have used a mix of High Newton yeast and So cal ale 1 yeast. About 6 to 10 bags of corn sugar and about 4 shakes of Yerba Mate if recall right. I have been through 12 different brews and have had no luck figuring it out.

Ferrous's recipe did not work for me. However, I found a recipe that did work.

Grains:
- 6.5kg German Pilsner
- 6.5kg German Pale Ale

Heat 42L water to 100 Celsius. I found it was simpler this way in keeping the mash at 65 Celsius (within 1 degree over/under).

Slow Boil (50 minutes):
45g Cluster

Between Boils:
1kg Corn Sugar (yes you read that right, drop in two 500g bags of corn sugar, gotta raise that ABV)

Fast Boil (10 minutes):
45g Glaed

Cool to 20 Celsius

Fermenting:
150g High Newton
150g Sixtus Ale I
150g Brett Blend I

Conditioning:
1kg Corn Sugar (yes drop in two 500g bags of corn sugar again...)

Before Tasting:
Dilute until ABV lowers to 6.1% using water & a Large Conditioning container, this should lower any flavors to 4 or under. Then transfer 40L to a Medium Brew Kettle (due to a bug in the game) to keep that ABV, then transfer 40L to Medium Conditioning container

This recipe will do just need to fine-tune my process since I had 1 flavor note over by 0.53

I know I am late to the party here, and also playing on ps4... but I did use Ofermania's recipe, and it came out perfectly. Unfortunately, the game decided to say that not all flavors/notes were 1-4. I quadruple checked and even had my wife look it over in case I was missing something obvious, and it would appear that the brew is great. I guess I will chalk it up to a bug? Thanks you guys for the recipe regardless. Spent like 2 hours trying and failing on my own.
