Remove brew from cellar?

Of course I'm learning and didn't know to clean objects between brews, so I have crappy "off" beers that I want to delete from my cellar. However, I don't see any option to remove them. Is there one?

Pick up the keg and take it to the bin next to the fridge, and you can empty it. Maybe at the sink too?

Pick up the barrel, take it into the kitchen, then put it in the garbage.

Or give it to brewery 1, they sell it whatever quality you deliver and you get free tokens and free space ;-)

Retrieving it from the cellar does not remove it from the cellar list:

Throwing the retrieved barrel into the garbage also does not remove it from the cellar list:

I'm really confused as to how so many people replied about throwing it into the garbage when even retrieving it doesn't remove it from the cellar.

same probem as op, there is no option to remove berals from the cellar i get this annoying feeling im going to have to start over as i accadenaly submitted a defalt ugly bottle, could not find any way to delete it from my save manualy
