Why there is no one in the wolf`s servers??

Hi guys, i play this game in android phone two years ago. There were too many players in phone game. But when i play this game on steam with my PC, there is no one in online servers. Any suggestion???

its a different game mate, the dev never updates with new content so eveyrone maxed out and no one plays anymore although if the dev brought new contentt out then pepoole would play
