Delete save slots

Can you delete save slots in this game ? And if so can the devs add this function to Man of Medan (once you created a save slot, it's impossible to remove once it's been uploaded in steam cloud, even if you try to trick the synchronization)

I did try a number of things regarding the save files, nothing worked. Im stucked with 9 saves from the Theathrical Cut and only one for the Curator's cut, really frustrating
