Disable film grain?

Any way to disable the horrible "film grain" which just looks like awful digital noise in the current build? Why did they even add this? The previous games in the series don't have this. I have tried adding this to the bottom of the engine.ini file with no luck:

[SystemSettings]
r.Tonemapper.GrainQuantization=0

[TofuStranger]

Update: I found the right settings to put in the engine.ini file and this is working:

[SystemSettings]
r.PostProcessing.DisableMaterials=1
