I'm afraid to say that there is no cross-platform play in The Devil in Me, or the previous Dark Pictures titles.
There is cross-generational play on console platforms (i.e. PS4 and PS5 players can play together, as can players on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S) however this is all.
I'm sorry for any disappointment this causes.
