The altar is part of the very first chapter of the game and the awakenings are explained there,

That mean we should have all weapon awakening? Or we can just farm 300 dual wield verssels and what if we dont have all of weapon , that just for big bang quasar or any secret ultimate

If nothing changed regarding this in the patches, it is just 300 vessels for a single weapon skill (like BBQ)
