[Bug] Insurence no longer working

Hi there.

Just lost my gear and char for the first tiem. The insured items lost their insured-status and i wanted to insure them again, but sadly the game tells me "Purchse failed".
I got enough of the currency and can insure other items just fine.

Also: the items now have an "extra value" displayed as a +XXX number on them. It does not count toward the CR, but the numbers are very high. No idea if that is connected to the bug.

I can't help with your bug issue, but how do you purchase insurance on your equipped gear? Do I have to put it in storage first to insure it?

Right click on it in your inventory, or in your GEAR box and hit 'insurance'

When in warehouse, in the bottom left you can see how many insurance dollars you have (the wrench loocking thing, not the T, which is money.

It will cost you Wrench money to insure it.

If you look at your item, when you hover over it - on the top banner will be a SHIELD icon, if it is insured.

Levitation boots arent insured - but the ones with shield are.

You get insurance dollars by selling gear. You don't sell gear for money.

But use my save-scumming-script for managing backups so you dont loose gear.

"Fixed" the problem, by restarting the game and varifiing the files.
CR is still strange.

I restarted the Game several times, but didn't solve the problem!

hey i have items that are +1,380,999,998 (and nope that thing has the same power as a +1 item) and this stuff i cant insure

I'm also having insurance issues. For me it's whenever I've worn a piece of gear I cant insure it anymore. I have 875 insurance points (as shown in the warehouse), but it just says "failed to purchase". I verified my game files in steam. But still no succes.

I'm also having the same issue, it seems to be {at least for me) items acquired since the newest patch. I attained three new pieces of gear that I started to use but when I got back from my tour I couldn't insure them specifically. I'ts not tier specific as I have other mythic quality gear insured, I tested to see if there is a limit to how many items can be insured, and that doesn't seem to be the case, and I was able to insure gear of equal quality to the new gear that I had attained before the patch when I tried today, yet even the exact same boots for instance, I have two yellow tier +5 levitation boots, one I got a few days ago, the other this morning, when I tried a few minutes ago, I was able to ensure the boots that I got before, but when I tried to do so to my new boots I got today it says insurance failed. SO, i'm pretty sure it has something to do with the most recent patch, but I've found no way around it so far.
