Max ATC expansion level?

What is the Max ATC expansion level so I can plan to completly rebuild after that?

lvl 10 is max.
No idea if that will be increased further in the future, but i feel like it wont.

As the person above said - Level 10 is max.
Level 10 size: 9x8 Armored Tiles or 18x16 Utility Tiles

I'll be honest I am utilizing max size outpost and haven't noticed any difference in performance compared to small sized ones that I had when I started playing. I do not think outpost affects performance, its more on the side of the amount of enemies. 800 seconds recovery day is usually when performance drops for me below desired levels.

pst you can move your core tower to the floor above, so you can built a tower that reached the ceiling of your base/hangar/outpost builder

well, its not directly tied to ATC size but rather how many turrets you have...
More effects going on= worse performance.

You need to increase the "level" of your research team by assigning squad members to it to unlock the higher research tiers (professional, master iirc).

To increase the size of tower you don't need blueprints.
Blueprints are fir new weapons and stuff
