the game would be objectively better if they just left the looting part out of the game, and that alone is enough reason to not buy it, if you have to remove half the game to make it more fun.
That doesn't work for everyone though, and if you're here for the tower defense you'd best look elsewhere because even Infinity Siege itself doesn't use the outpost you've poured time and materials into without taking rewards away from you.
it needs content and difficulty increase too like once everything is unlocked its pretty boring and easy, cool to watch for the brief time its shooting but waves spawns are too staggered. i have never seen an enemy and my base in the same place if i ever take damage its armour panels taken out by the enemy arty. all this firepower for a weak ass enemy. hope it gets sorted soon.
I agree, the enemy AI is just too weak. The only time it gets slightly dangerous is during final extraction missions. But during regular map exploring, its just a nuisance, if at all. There is no danger exploring a map.
Or you skip the whole looting and use auto loot once your base can store enough energy.
