Need Help to find Conveyor Blueprint

does anyone have any idea where i can find this conveyor belt blueprint?

hi! I ended up finding it. You unlock it as a part of BP II Part 3. You find it in "Lab Ruins" (Major Node) in the Snow Ruins tour. It'll be in the giant lab up the hill to the left of your outpost. It'll be on the second floor of the lab in a key card locked room. Good luck!
