Outpost: Infinity Siege
What i would like / Idea !
Hello, first off, thank for your hard work, both game price and game content are far superior than most AAA games ...

I think some of suggestion i will post below is already planned or suggested by other people, i'm not on discord nor read other thread, so i apologize for that before asking for anything !

1 - Full azerty support ( rebind, command mode, vehicle control, construction mode and so on ... )
2 - Increase drone chest size from 4*4 to 5*5 ( to make it more usefull but not overpowered for 30 energy )
3 - Add a way ( remove button ? ) from XEN modification to just retreive the item, most of time it only mean loosing a good XEN for a whole weapon, i know we can replace XEN and retreive the old one but i'm not really happy with the cost to create new XEN it take a lot for only few looted .... ( even more if we want a lower XEN ... ), maybe this functionality may destroy the weapon in that case ? to make it not OP ?
4 - Fiber crafting from wood
5 - ( A lot of people may not be happy with me xD ) Fix the ammo crate cryo recipe, actually it's for elec ^^
6 - Add a way to "fusion" two operator giving them more max level and add one skill from one operator to the second ( maybe the first selected may be the one we want to keep and the second for "sacrifice", with that idea we need a max possible action on the same operator ( maybe 10 ? ) to increase max level to 50 and give more skill to the wanted operator ( may not work on FAE as it his the main char ? idk )
7 - Add new structure to provide power for upper level ...
8 - Add new small pillar to help placing damage booster or other modules
9 - Increase damage booster range ? and give us ability to select wich turret to boost please
10 - New module just like Damage Booster but for ammo consumption ( only one per turret and reducing by X(%) ?
11 - Allow us to place pyro, cryo and elec ammo in turret
12 - Add the ability, when placing ammo in ammo loader to get the engineer bonus

13 - Allow us to craft "excavation kit" :D
14 - Maybe add a trader for XEN ? ( or a way to craft direclty the wanted XEN ), idk about this one because of the XEN reforge ... but yeah for me that's the only game mecanic i don't really appreciate because of how we must grind it :/
15 - Increase move speed in command mode ( using shift to fast move ? )
16 - Third faction Nebulas evolved ( they will also attack tosters more battlefield action )
17 - Overhaul AI
18 - Cruise missile launcher turret ( massive AoE slow fire rate )
19 - New operator Raven ( Focusing more on drones and ability to call airstrikes)
20 - Electric fence
21 - Medium and large drones
I think the starting battle should be lengthened . Give all the power to the player like Metroid does, then take it away. 10 hours to feel "in charge" is too long. Just have the player place a few walls, tiles and the CIWS or some such.
I would say drone is already OP as it is. You can easily have a gun that deletes tanks for infinite material/energy by snow area (especially if you use Tiger class free fire), and it lets you extract all the best loot without raising difficulty (and you secure loot even if you lose) which is very strong in city.

If pillars transmitted power would also be nice. Took some real jank to build unconventional builds that aren't just squares.

22 - Ability to any character to be renamed and change sex, can't rename FAE or maybe change all audio to "commander" instead of FAE ?
23 - Add more expedition variant and reward variety, we have 50 people but actually they do absolutely nothing.
24 - Can you improve the in game "wiki" / codex, to include XEN, ennemies and so on ?
25 - Add a new expedition ( random one ) where we can adjust ourself the difficulty wich will define buff and debuff during the tour, may include all kind of POI.
26 - Add new "module", the "console", in construct / command mod, allow us to select multiple module ( same type, can't mix ammo producer and turret or multiple turret type ) to allow us to perform an action for all selected entities, what i mean is, enable artilery auto fire for all of them in one click, enable / disable all advance ammo producer and so on.

This exists... M then double click on object - it selects all same... then hit Z,X,C whatever you command as...

So if I want to group all windows - double click a windw, then hit ctrl+1 then I can hit M, 1, Z to toggle all windows open close.

This exists... M then double click on object - it selects all same... then hit Z,X,C whatever you command as...

So if I want to group all windows - double click a windw, then hit ctrl+1 then I can hit M, 1, Z to toggle all windows open close.

I seem to recall having to tab through multiple windows with the group selected to make the hotkey not just toggle the same window open and closed. (which really got my goat.) But I could be wrong, and hope I am.:raven:

Are you sure it work for advanced ammo producer ? because when i select all of them, just like pressing 1 then Z it will work only on the first, that's why i suggest that, but i will try, maybe with group it work !

27 - Ability to upgrade and edit our deployable small outpost ! ( wich modifiy it's material cost and maybe even power depending on what we build in )
28 - New module, just like the drone, the container from endless, and just like endless, can be use only one time during the tour.
29 - On armored tile, please add placement slot to match utility tile, on floor we can place all we need because of the outpost plateform, but when building in higher level we can't freely build.
30 - Add internal inventory ( for output ) for dismantler, allow us to retreive Gold inside but not put it in back ( also, when finishing the expedition, if any gold is left in, please make it back to all looted item )
31 - Same as editing our deployable outpost, allow us to edit the endless small outpost, we ay have a limited material to create what we want, but can be upgraded with research or even special module ( maybe by upgrading from tech the promethean core ? )
32 - ping in command mode!

33 - show stats of turrets too understand differences
Also please give us a bit more info about how loot drop work, to allow us to optimise our run, because actually endless is really poor in loot quality, same as "skip mission" in expedition with energy, loot are really bad in terme of overall quality ( ok i know it's better to play the map to loot gear and weapon of course, but if you want to past multiple hours to "try" to get any valuable it's terribly grindy and even worst when you don't even have a loot when the map told you you may have some kind of weapons or gear ... in my taste it's just a waste of time )
34 - building needs to be reworked. "No support" cant place objects next to eachother.
allow better tolerances and the snapping too.
