How do you get battery packs and material storage?

Are they blueprints, unlocked by story progression or ATC lvl?
Currently at the point in the story where I have to survive a wave of the second infinity siege mode.
And my current base does not hold up to that...
So some better modules would help a bit I think.

Those are part of the biome blueprints
Just ask the dude in the research center where you are missing BPs and go on tour there.

Weirdly, those are on two different sets of BP's, both from the City. (IIRC)

Thanks, I have 4 left to collect in the city ruins, so i figured that might be the case.

Found blueprint II part 1 and 2 at a gas station POI in city 3.
And those seem to have given me the armored tile, advanced armored wall, the battery pack and the damage amplifier..

Found the last 2 blueprint sets in the envoy base POI in city 4.
And both the material storage and advanced autofeeder was part of those sets, among others.
To anyone rushing those, bring a recovery drone or 2, and either lots of power or do a "light" tour.

Glad to hear you got that sorted. Also, really solid advice for any rush of that.
