Can't build spring trap

I have the blueprint as i build. It's there but when it comes to crafting it's not in the crafting menu.
Any Idea on what to do ?

Have you confused Combat cover with Spring Barrier ?
One is a base deplorable, the other is a base item that is craftable
Perhaps you dont have the materials and its greyed out, should appear at the very bottom

I thought that at first. but its called Decipher Spring Trap and it's under support.
It only appears when building or editing base but when it comes to crafting it's not there.

Some items are bugged and will display as an option in the build but you haven't actually unlocked the ability to manufacture it. I forget the examples that I had.
