Stuck in Main Mission: Perimeter II -kill Seraph

Hi,

iam stuck at Main Mission: Perimeter II (Go To City Ruins) Difficulty 2 and kill the Seraph on Recovery Day.

I did this mission over and over again, but he will not spawn. does anyone have any ideas? I've tried to loot as much as I can but I'm stuck at around ~3-4k.
Does anyone have an idea to solve the problem?

the cards that up valuable rewards on recovery day gives a huge boost to the recovery day meter

you can bring your own vauable items and it will work when extracting

no seraph spawns even at 23K

I had the same issue, Try making your outpost be less expensive or smaller because thats what I did and its fixed now or try to manually loot areas as you need to get around 15k value (look at the bar at the top of your screen when you can start recovery dayA)
