1 Research Blueprint left in Border Woodland.

Anyone know where to find the last Blueprint in Border Woodland ?

It's a random map spawn. There like a high school building and a bunker with an elevator. One part spawns in the high school and the other in the bunker.

map is named 'School', you can do quick run by using 'bypass' on everything else if y ou have the power

find a elevator to the left of the school usually, look around! (and down)

When your on the map choosing locations to go to. Youll see a higher power cost option that bypasses it. Youll get some randomized loot too. Saves ALOT of time.

so i went to the map on border woodland 3 and the elevator would not go down. does that mean i have that one and i need the other one? or do i need to find it on border woodland 1 or 2?

There should be a hole you can jump through. The elevator is activated with a button downstairs.
