power bank issue

some missions have a building that needs a power bank to access but the power bank dont even spawn on the map

Also, some maps have these small raised buildings. Just a singular room. It has an opening in the roof and the map starts with a flying drone inside of it carrying power banks that you can take off of it. It will however fly away. I don't know if the trigger for it leaving is you entering or just time, but it's something to keep an eye out for.

Same issue on the military base with the mission objective down there. Last time the power bank was right in front of the door, any other spawn location?

If there's one of those towers with a generator (has a note on the table next to the generator explaining it) you can pick up the power socket and throw it at the terminal, then you take the Energy Hammer that's on top of the generator tower and throw it into the top of the generator from some distance. If it works the Hammer ball will disappear and a blue pulse will travel along the cable, you get a message telling you how much energy you generated. I think you need to make at least 10 to activate a terminal.

It triggers if you get close to the building (like slightly outside the stairs but any direction will count so don't try to sneak under it!). There's a message "you have been detected" that shows, after which you have a few seconds to grab the drone's payload.
