So how exactly do we use the chargers?

Kind of lost with these. Is there a specific place I need to put the electromagnetic plug, and how do I use the electroball with it?

Honestly couldn't figure it out either; I think it can charge the ball to do damage?

I never saw any sign that they were part of a puzzle.

Then again this game doesn't explain what the heck some of the perk cards do during expeditions either..

funny, i actually just wrote a guide for this XD. The plug needs to be connected to the core tower (the place you put all your loot) as long as it connects there you're fine. The electroball needs to be thrown into the top of the tower the plug comes from, you get more power for further range/air time and speed when it enters the tower, go for 3's!

Aah, I thought it was something along those lines. I was close :p I put the plug onto my base foundation, but not the core itself, and I had the ball sitting on top of the charger.

if you throw the ball a few times till it glows red and then put it on the top it will work too.
