How to climb on top of the helipad - City Ruins blueprint

I know that there is this ramp that gets me almost there, but I don't see any opportunity for a double jump. Do I need some special boots for this?

there's a boot type that gives you double jump without a wall needed. but personally I'd use levitation boots and rocket gloves. I use those on tour to zip all over the map in secs. you could also decouple a ciws turret and use it to launch yourself

I believe rocket gloves at purple level give you two charges of 15m boost while yellow is 2 charges at 25m. haven't got any reds yet but purple paired with lev boots mean you can basically fly then levitate while waiting for the gloves to recharged your rocket. done right you can literally start airborne forever at what ever altitude you want just have to micro your stamina

if you have a gatling gun turret, then detach the gatling and shoot you to the top.

To be clear, this is the CIWS, not the machine gun turret with a smaller gatling on it.

Yeah, I actually saw a video of someone showcasing this "rocketCIWS jump" earlier, just completely forgot about it when this helipad had me stumped.

rocket gloves can also get there much easier

there is that gun ability that lets you shoot a launch pad on the ground that's what i used

The Hook Glove will get you anywhere if you know how to use it.
