After some point it is, as Hyrinth said, not of concern anymore. I take every card with +x% without thinking about it ... even in sum it does not help the evil enemy.

Hit that Hazard button under the risks on Recovery day. If you don't like the hazards you can remove them for 10 energy. The hazard button will give you a random hazard you don't already have so it's beneficial to grab all hazards you can during a run just so you can force the double reagents card. You then remove all the hazards you don't want.
There is no card if you press no. It's either accept the challenge and get the reward or don't accept the challenge.
