Buff Cards
Isn’t anyone confused by the fact that 80% of the cards in the game are useless garbage? I'm serious. It's not even funny anymore.

Legendary buff? Yes ! Damage from buildings and parts of the tower if the enemy destroys them. Legendary buff? Ok, lets try. Get useless mines. Legendary buff? Maybe not ? It is necessary - pre-war artillery, which has a 95% probability of missing and cannot use auto-fire.

Double all materials? In 120 hours I encountered this bonus 1 time. Seriously, what kind of crap is this. There is no random here, it's just trolling from the developers.

Separately, it is worth noting the bonus that gives x2 for !!!3!!! random stacks of material in exchange for a 30% bonus strengthening of all enemies. And it is the most frequent of all epic ones. Srsly WTF...
Sometimes I have the feeling that a lot of things in this game were done simply at random. Somebody blindly typed the values ​​on the keyboard - and it will do.

Now I don't know what kind of base design you are using But 30% enemy buff don't mean much for late game base designs.

But these values by end game builds are only amount to minor inconveniences unless you are doing siege mode.

This screen shot was from sunday when I was stress testing my base in city 5 and I went through it without ever firing my Xen except for the tanks that didn't move. My outpost handled the 11 risks just fine, from what i saw i could bought more risks for more gold.

During my begin in the story you are right, that it was kind of awful to have too many +x% HP/ATK. Simply not enough firepower in the base and it actually made us struggle on extraction - still always made it.

After some point it is, as Hyrinth said, not of concern anymore. I take every card with +x% without thinking about it ... even in sum it does not help the evil enemy.

Yeah, as long as the hp amount of the lower wave mobs like a scorpion is less than a "one shot" from a hellfire, buffs to mobs will be almost completely of no consequence. A buffed hellfire does 60,000+ damage. Scorpions only get that big in the later stages like wave 70 of infinity siege. No way near that size ever in City 5. However more content is to come...

My nwm2 die together with windows and most likely saves . Question not actual anymore.

Hit that Hazard button under the risks on Recovery day. If you don't like the hazards you can remove them for 10 energy. The hazard button will give you a random hazard you don't already have so it's beneficial to grab all hazards you can during a run just so you can force the double reagents card. You then remove all the hazards you don't want.

Speaking of the negative cards though, I have no idea what the negative cards do in infinity siege, does anyone know? The cards you pick when you press no, I assume they give some extra reward for being hard core? It's not obvious to me what there reward is, if anything.

There is no card if you press no. It's either accept the challenge and get the reward or don't accept the challenge.
