Getting rid of Operators

Is the only way to get rid of operators currently, to strip them of their gear and take them on a tour to get blasted into oblivion?

If there is a way to ethically remove an operator from my squad, please tell me :)

you can retire them, it gives money in return

Damn thanks, didn't notice it, because all my operators were either dispatched or working in the base. So the right-click only showed: Check Deployment / Cancel Deployment and Check Dispatch Info.
