Strategy Guide for Idol Mode?

Anybody here working on a strategy guide or walkthrough on how to complete Idol Mode in the most efficient way possible? I was doing fine up until the 3rd show where I didn't have enough funds to get boosting items nor time to train each stat. So I was wondering how to better manage my schedule as an producer in Idol Mode?

I was able to do it on my 2nd try pretty easily, the key I found was making sure all the idols had that vigor energy drink on all the time so each idol has 3 arrows up or heart. Also worth mentioning to try and aim for each new event rather than redoing the same one. You get more money and fans for the first time doing each event.

Thanks. I have a question though. I struggle with the song "Chicken Beat" in the rhythm game part of the mini-game. Does that song only show up if the heroines are low on energy? Because I didn't have them rest before my 4th big concert? Do I basically have to start over with Idol Mode at this point?

I managed to finish the whole thing in the 1st try, without too many complications, and never buying any boosts. I calculated that training 3 girls is the most cost efficient way to raise the stats, and you should never train 1,2 or 5 at once, since its the less effective ways for it. Always buy the upgrades to raise the girls training better. Save the social datings for when they are low on stamina, because they usually return some of the stamina after the date. I can try to write a better guide later, but thats pretty much the focus.

I can't activate leader skill. No matter if I use Space or LB ... nothing happened. It seems as if you need this ability to even being able to get the required score. Can anybody help me?
