Lucky room in level 4

I seem to have all the secrets, yet it's been impossible for me to get to the lucky room. I don't know if this is a bug or I'm just missing something (which may be the main reason, but I've checked all the rooms tho). I finished the level, but I'm curious about what happened to the lucky room. Just asking for it.

If I remember correctly there's 2 places where you can place 5 secrets each, but there's no lucky room
