New Content and Secrets Discussion Hub (Spoilers Abound)

So, there's obviously a lot of new content in the game. From the moment you boot into a new chapter 0 it's obvious things have been added, and I was finding little details all through my first run (i'm on chapter 5) that I don't think were there originally. Wanted to make a big discussion thread to discuss anything we find that wasn't in the original games, and what secrets they might hold.

My biggest one right now is that I don't think that the green circles were in the original games; does anyone know what they are or what they mean?

missing monoliths 7 and 8, where could those be...

Could we try making a list of monoliths and the levels they are in? I have a decent amount, but I'm not sure which is which.

I'm still missing 3 of the monoliths (VII, IX, and XIV), though I kinda know roughly where two of them are. I found the secret area in Sub6, but haven't found where I'm supposed to put the micro stabilizers (also only been able to find 4 of them). Also found the secret area in Sub10 (in the old Sub6 area in 110's portal), but that secret area only takes up 5 of the micro stabilizers, so I'm assuming there's another secret area that'll use of the rest of them.

In Sub 10 in the Section where you would go after finishing Sub 1 is another place for putting the red secrets

There's also some loop teleporters that are closed that you can't enter, and ones that are open that you can that instantly take you back to the normal final loop level

The fact that you can go here and then go back to the previous level seems to be done because "you died lol" doesn't fit the new game's flow and that way you can get back to the level you escape from, but i have NO Idea how to solve the big machine. Maybe a set of coordinates we have to go to? Like some really bit esoteric ones?

I tried that myself, and it just seems to be a loopback to the point where you get the leaf. So that you don't get killed by the dehydration thing like before

there is actually a list of *most of the* access points to the monoliths in chapter 6 in the mainframe, southern node in the first sequence , which I think excludes the monolith area from chapter 10 *only*.
you need the layer device from chapter 8 to get to these
- chapter 1, there are some cube like structures in the place of one of the old rooms. ||||o||
- chapter 2, digout area |||o|||
- chapter 4, basement section ||o||||
- chapter 4, ancient section |||||o||
- chapter 5, root node 01 (plate 1 is the first one you get), ||||o||
- chapter 6, thoth area (old secret zone) |o||||| connected to chapter 6, exit (connected to thoth area) |o|||||, behind the elevator after disabling 54-5 re-enable 54-1 in the elevator security section, use the pod on the rusty teleporter in the beginning, press the button on the elevator with the ID card in it
- chapter 7, secret area ||o|||| (need a lightbulb from the beginning)
- chapter 8, secret area ||||o|| (hard to miss) and is on its own layer
- chapter 9, secret area |||||||| you need to plug a wisdom gem to the 8th layer socket

No wait, i checked again, both are activated, but i didnt get the Achievement

there is only one monolith (that I have seen at least) in chapter 6. the list in the game shows both entrances to the area.
another edit: well, I still seem to have my stabilizers so you are definitely right.

There are in fact 2 Monoliths in Sub 6, 1 in the Thoth Section next to the pipe entrance through the karma protal and the other one next to the mover where you have to insert the keycard, but the one there didnt trigger the achievement unlock for me, it shows the exact same symbol as the one in the missing achievement
