I Think I'm quitting.

So I've hit the last straw. So I thought my slime had disappeared. I stored it in a pot, and never looked because it said it was empty. Guess it only counts liquid. Figure that out then spent too much time trying to figure out how to light the candle. Then had to build a room so the candle would not burn out. Yea! Finally distilling. 8 hours needed.

Great, saved game, went to sleep. Woke up, the whole thing was gone. No biggie. I saved. Reload. It is gone from the save.

Between the bugs, the unwieldy crafting interface (Have a ton of wicks from trying to mass produce ropes for one), the time it takes to mine, let alpine find a mine (found 1 so far, and the overall frustration to fun ratio, I am going to have to give up. Lots of the game are good, but it's just to hard - not from a survival stand point, but as a game. So disappointed after spending a ton of time

Sorry about the poor experience you've had! I can fix up the confusing "Empty" label for item+liquid storage objects. When you say it was gone, do you mean the slime items were gone from the jar? Or the whole jar was gone?

He probably means the disappearance of the "copper alambik". This happens if the candle burns out in it. She disappears with alambik. At the same time, it does not matter if the character is sleeping or standing next to him.

Yes the same thing happened to me! both of of my copper alambiks have just disappeared and I thought it was a glitch and restarted the game from the save and also exited the game completely and went back in and it didn’t help… so I had to create new distillery devices. Surg, please fix this issue :-)

The entire distillation device is gone. It just vanished.

Let me say, it is great to see the developers so responsive in the forums. It is encouraging, and my lead me to come back to the game once it becomes more refined.
