"Continue" button doesn't work

Hi!
I bought the game in the end, but a major problem occurred. I returned to the desktop after failing the third night, then after a pause I restarted the game, but when I clicked on the "continue" button nothing happened. Either the button doesn't work, or the game hasn't been saved. In either case it is a huge problem. It really needs to be fixed, otherwise I must post a negative review, I honestly can't recommend a game where saves don't work. It would be a pity, because I was truly enjoying the game. Was I supposed to manually save? In this case I apologize for the mistake, of course.

Hi luli, so I really want to help resolve this bug, but I need to know a couple things first. First, when you say you failed the third night, do you mean you died to a monster, or the third night failed to run and the game crashed? If you died from a monster, which one was it? I will work to find these issues regardless if you respond or not, it just makes it easier for me if you do.

I died the third night, I was killed by the crawler, then I clicked on "quit" or "main menu", I don't remember. I remember a detail though: while I was looking at the "death menu", I was killed again by the grymph (the beast), as if I was still playing. I know that because I heard a creak followed by a loud scream (and a heart attack!). Maybe this caused the bug? Hope this helps! Good game btw, I'm enjoying it, that's why I want to see it working properly!

I think I've fixed the bug, although it's most likely that your progress on the game will be reset. Unfortunately that's the way the save system used for it works. Let me know if the problem persists so I can try to get it working properly.

Thanks for the quick fix! I'll try asap and let you know. Another player informed me that this bug didn't occur to him, so let's hope it's not a problem of my PC! If that's the case, I apologise in advance of course. Btw, you are being very professional as a dev, I'll certainly mention this in my future review.

Saving system now works properly, even at night three. I let the crawler kill me on purpose just to try, and everything worked well. Excellent work! I made it till night six, but then I had to quit. Now it has become a bit too difficult for me! Nevertheless, I had really a great time. This game is full of interesting ideas, and offers a thrilling and challenging experience. I will certainly recommend it to other players now that I have made sure it is a good quality product.
