Story plot hole ? *Spoiler*

I just want to understand, when the main character discovers the "twist" which was obvious after the final release in the factory boss fight more than before final release I would argue.

Who is the "Child character" that is looks exactly like Mari with the Mago Corporate which helped them "develop the personality" and then disappears?(The cut-scene implied Mari helped them and then run away due to fallout with Mago). And why was it later shown in "Mari Flashbacks pictures" she wasn't associated with them whatsoever???And they just "bugged" her PCs and then later attacked to steal her data? Which doesn't make sense unless they wanted her for her "Genius mind" since they could just copy the data if they bugged her PC?

The story to me looks like this at the beginning, Sanabi was a character from Mago and later on ditched for this plot which was alright. Later on, the plot Mari helped Mago creating the personality to later on ditch that plot for Mago attacking Mari and killing her father creating this whole thing. I mean, it is fine but at least flush it a little as well and remove the child model from the General's memories of Mago flash backs. And it looked like it was a showdown between the General and the Big Mago corporate but then that was also ditched since their characters were much more detailed the "Head of security, the CEO, and the head of marketing" as well. It felt like a game story went allover the place.

I would argue this was a better idea/story:
I would have bought it if there was 2 games, where Part1 the mother was the "Developer" and a fallout was between Mago and the mother happen getting her killed and the General instead of the "plot twist" went to followed the lead of Sanabi leading him to discover the Mago was Sanabi and a final boss is the CEO. Game Part1 ends in him with an ending cliff hanger not known if he died or lived later on to open with the same for Part 2. Mari developed the personality with Mago tricking her(Since they bugged her PC from her Mother's time). The general starts Operation 0 and then this "Plot twist" happens in Part 2 and the final showdown him destroying Mago fully with a sacrifice and many boss battles in the second game. That would have been a better story with a second game giving them time to flush the story and further improving the gameplay. It also might shown the "Royal court" descend on him and him fighting him too. Which allows him to destroy both and leaving with Mari. (Should I be a writer or just stick to my job and play the game while shutting my mouth Netflix hit me up Bro Got another "original" story).

I don't know, the model/shape is copy of Mari IMO and they Re-wrote around it when they wanted to change the story.

And that character never mentioned again yet somehow both of them are involved in the plot developing the same thing.
