Preview video in 3D format?

Why does the preview video partly seems to be in 3D coloration? Like it's meant to be viewed with the old style color tint 3D glasses?

Could you please share any screenshots or videos of this with us so that we can better understand the issue you're having?

To take a screenshot, please make sure, that you have Steam Overlay enabled in your game

1. Go to Steam -> Settings.
   
2. Click the In-Game tab.
   
3. Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game"
   
4. Go to Library.
   
5. Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
   
6. Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.

In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and Upload your screenshot, make it public. Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...")

What you're describing is a color effect called Chromatic Aberration that we use occasionally in the game to represent things that are...abnormal. It's a subtle offset shift of the red and blue pixels to add a form of distortion. It can be disabled in the game's settings if you don't enjoy it!

Thanks again for your attention. Is the effect a a gameplay clue? If I disable it, would my gameplay performance suffer due to cluelessness?

The effect does let you know that your character is becoming panicked - but there is a meter (an eyeball) at the top of the screen that also indicates this. Overall, I don't think you would suffer too much if you had to disable the effect.
