Fish keep dissappearing from net?

So I was getting some jellyfish and got a abberition and a regular, so I docked at the traveling merchant, and they were suddenly gone?

Sell all (press&hold F) sells everything, including those in net.

Thats not the problem, the problem is that they are no longer in the net, they are just missing even though they were there 5 seconds ago
