Last missing sidequest in Pale Reach? (SOLVED!)

EDIT: Solved! It was actually a pretty valuable quest, so I suggest reading further to get info on it

Alright I've done the main objectives such as getting the Ice Breaker and all the other readily apparent objectives (not getting into specifics to avoid spoilers), but I'm still missing a hidden achievement and the achievement for finishing all Pale Reach side quests. I've caught all the new fish and aberrations, and my current Pursuits are all completed, but I'm missing the one in the bottom right. I've scoured the whole area and found nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

In the eastern/right outside part of island there is familiar cloaked person that will give you 3 quests for aberrations.

Ok for anyone else who runs into this issue, the exact location is a little cove on the eastern edge of the island, between the Eastern Terminus inlet to the south and the far eastern inlet to its north. Good luck everybody

Fractalline Icefish (Icefish) Method: Rod/Trawler
Fallen Stars (Sea Stars) Method: Crab Pot

Oh, one more thing, if anyone wants information on the reward (MORE SPOILERS):
As usual with the Hooded Figures, it's another book. This one is 'Book of Astral Symbols'. It Adds 4% aberration catch chance, so it's a good one

Whether or not you check the above spoilers, I highly recommend getting this quest and finishing it ASAP, maybe even first, cause it'll make things a LOT easier for the rest of the DLC.

Do cultists still die if you don't fulfill their quest within a certain time? I've caught 20+ of the other aberrations but can't get the one needed.

Thankfully, no. They used to, but the devs listened to player dissatisfaction and removed that penalty from their questlines, along with all the other QoL changes they've added between now and launch. If you haven't played since then, you're in for a treat
