Too Late for the Good Ending?

So I've collected the watch, and then visited the old mayor and the lighthouse keeper. I've not gone to the collector yet.

Can I still invoke the good ending? From what I can see I have to take a book from the collector.

Almost certain you can. (Though "good" ending is subjective lol).

When you get to collector, just make sure ask him about the book, and take it from him, before handing anything over to him

If you dont get that option, then you know you need to before you grab the final item! But Im FAIIRRRLY certain youre good.

Just choose to hide the item when encountering the collector and than ask him about the book.

You can get the book way before you even pick up the fourth relic.

You only need to trigger the mayor's conversation -> lighthouse -> collector.

You can then get the book before you even get the fourth relic. I would assume you could probably do this immediately at the start of the game and grab the book before the first or second relic.

You can take the book from the collector even if you gave him all the relics and he's waiting for you to take him to the ending.

Also, you can take the collector to the ending even if you took the book from him previously.

There's no point of no return before starting one or the other ending.

Nothing is to late, even you done the bad ending. FInd the former old mayor who is shipwrecked, talk to him and he defiles the shrine, go to the Mirror-you wich got all the artifacts, choose the Book option, go to the old lady in the lighthouse, do what she says, then start the quest in the lighthouse instead in the collectors home. Follow the light spot on the same location. You can still do this , even when you are trough with the bad ending, made all the crazy cultist leaders wquests with the flames and never before ever talked to the lighthouse lady.
